We are dedicated to protecting and promoting the First Amendment rights of all individuals. We believe that freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to assemble, the freedom to practice religion, and the right to petition the government are the cornerstones of a thriving democracy. Our mission is to educate, advocate, and most importantly, take action to ensure these fundamental freedoms remain protected for all.
Day One Objectives
The first amendment foundation has 3 immediate goals to advance free speech in America.
- Repeal Johnson Amendment to Reinstate Religious Leaders Freedom of Speech
- Make a DOGE for Free Speech – eliminate ALL unconstitutional speech restrictions
- E.O. for Federal Protections for speech on all Campuses receiving federally subsidized student loans; US Postal Service Properties Private Leases are not Free Speech Zones, as well as ALL state government facilities including DMVs
