The first amendment foundation has 3 immediate goals to advance free speech in America.

  • Repeal Johnson Amendment to Reinstate Religious Leaders Freedom of Speech
  • Make a DOGE for Free Speech – eliminate ALL unconstitutional speech restrictions
  • E.O. for Federal Protections for speech on all Campuses receiving federally subsidized student loans; US Postal Service Properties Private Leases are not Free Speech Zones, as well as ALL state government facilities including DMVs
